8 weeks left...

This site is turning into an Angie pregnancy log. Here she is with only 8 weeks left.
She is still pretty tiny, but she is ALL BABY. It's fun to see the way she talks about her baby and how sometimes they get along and sometimes they don't. What a cutie!

Can't wait to meet the baby!

We are having a baby shower at my mom's house this weekend. I will post pictures on Sunday!

Grandma's Favorite Sayings

I think it would be fun to start a collection of Mom/Grandma's favorite sayings. I can't count how many times Mom has said the following to me when I was miserable over some unsuccessful relationship or job: "Everything always works out for the best." It used to make me mad and now whenever she says it I just have to laugh--in fact I can feel when she is about to say it now and I usually say it for her: "I know, I know 'Everything always works out for the best'". It would be fun if you remember any of Grandma's sayings to post them here. A few other choice ones are: "Are you taking your vitamins?" and "This has MSG!" Please don't let this be just me writing here. Let's all use our talents and share our witty thoughts with each other. Just a note. Please let me know if you would like to be emailed each time someone makes a comment on the blog. It would be a little bit like updates on the last one.

How To Post

Once you have created your account with blogger you will see a toolbar at the top of the page. On the far right it will say something like this: (your email) / new post/ sign out

All you have to do is click on "new post" and it will bring you to a user friendly box that looks like you are typing an email. You must give your post a title and then just type in the box. You can change font and center the words just like you are typing a document in word. Then on the far left there are 2 buttons (one that looks like a mountain scene and the other like a film strip). These are to use when adding photos or videos to your post.

It is a fairly simple operation. Hopefully you will find this easier to use than any other site we have used.

Also, if you would like to comment on someones post, just click the "comment" button below the post.

Also, if you would like to type your name or your families name in the bottom button called "labels" you can keep all of your posts organized in a neat way.

We decided to try this blog thing as a family. I will send you all information about how to be contributers. You need to have a blogger account, but if you have gmail then you will automatically be connected. We are really excited about this and hope you all will share your lives with us.
